• Fitness & Health Data: To provide ranking services, we access and collect workout records (e.g., running distance, swimming laps, exercise duration) from Apple Health (HealthKit) and Google Fit. This data is synced only with your explicit consent.

• Profile Data: We collect your nickname and age (birth year) to categorize you into 5-year age group rankings.

• Location Data: We collect city and regional information to provide local and national leaderboards.

• Device Information: We may collect information about the mobile device you use, including the hardware model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

2. Use of Data

Daily Podium uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To calculate and display your position on Global, National, and Local leaderboards.

• To provide filtered rankings based on 5-year age intervals.

• To allow you to create and participate in custom fitness events.

• To monitor the usage of the Service and detect technical issues.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Your workout performance (scores/records) and nickname will be visible to other users on the leaderboards. We do not sell your personal health data to third parties. We only disclose your information to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
